Cleanings:

While we take every care in our work, not all stains, spots, or spills can be completely removed, as some may be permanent due to their nature or age. We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction with our service. If the results are not to your satisfaction, we will revisit the area at no additional charge, provided you notify us within 24 hours of the original service date. Any new or separate services requested will be billed accordingly. All cleaning services are final.

Repairs:

Our team members will explain the repair process in detail during the initial visit. Full payment is required before any repair work begins. If a repair is performed at the client's request against our recommendation, all related assurances are waived, and the full payment remains due. All repair services are final.

Sales/Installations:

All sales involving new items, installations, and rug pads are final. These are custom orders, and once placed, the manufacturing process cannot be altered or stopped. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for carpets, window treatments, or rug pads.
